You may have seen my "How To" post about the techniques I use when dying my 35mm film. I am very excited to announce that, thanks in part to that blog post, I am now a regular contirbutor to Lomography's photo journal.

Years ago, it was Lomography cameras that first got me interested in 35mm photography and later, my Lomograpghy colorsplash camera was instrumental in refining my technique. I am very excited to share what I've learned on my adventures with 35mm film so far in a monthly article called Pushing Boundaries.

My first two installments are now up. The first, covering using multiple cameras when doing multiple exposures, can be read here. The second, about introducing dyed film into your multiple exposure process, is here. Keep an eye on Lomography (or follow me on Instagram!) for more articles in upcoming months.

Also in the upcoming months, I have a number of events planned! Currently, my piece Madonna of the Forest can be seen at The Lawrence Street Gallery in Ferndale, Michigan. The 50 inch tall piece can actually be seen prominently from Woodward so I encourage you to take a stroll!

Next month, I will be partaking in Gallery 194's Art On Nepessing. My piece, Spoons, is hanging at a business in downtown Lapeer and gathering votes in the festival's People's Choice award - Please vote if you're in the area! On May 15th and 16th, I will have more art on display and quite a bit for sale too. It's time for me to get rid of all my old prints to make room for newer pics. That means tons of framed and matted pictures from the days when I only multiple exposed statues and animals with flowers will be priced dirt cheap. I will also be selling a limited run of collage prints.

Also in May, I will be showing out of state for the first time! I am very, very excited to be a featured Third Thursday artist at Le So gallery in Toledo, Ohio. The collection will feature a new large scale print as well as pictures that I have never even gotten printed before.

Check back soon for more details on exactly when and where everything will be! I hope to see you soon.
